Capturing Life Below the Waves
Since I was a child, I’ve always loved adventure, and National Geographic was my favorite magazine. I feel incredibly fortunate to have a passion and career as a videographer—it’s like bringing all those dreams and adventures to life. This is also one of the reasons I chose to live in Bali—an island that offers everything and fulfills my dream of capturing moments and life beneath the ocean. Here, I’m sharing some of my underwater footage.
The Journey
Underwater videography presents unique challenges unlike any other filming environment. During COVID in 2020, I earned my Open Water Diving license and assembled a full set of underwater filming gear—launching my journey into underwater cinematography, including work for five-star hotel content projects.
This path has let me document breathtaking marine ecosystems across Bali, Borneo’s Maratua (East Kalimantan), Belitung, Sumbawa, and even the Maldives. And this adventure is far from over
